Luka started his football career in the second Croatian tier for NK Neretva where he played for 2 years before moving to Sydney Australia. He started off for Sydney United u12s where in 2024 at the age of 17 he joined Canley Heights and then Werrington in 2025. He rejoined Sydney United in 2026 playing for their Premier league side. As play offs are out of reach for them, the under 18s team took him in to help them out for the remainder of the season as the team won the league but they have play offs starting soon in which they need players. He has utilised his extensive outdoor experience to jump into the small sided game, where he plays for Sydney Street Crew, competing in X1, X3, and Futsal Sydney.
